Orbis Assist was founded by three Canadians with a single goal: no more “please hold” at your local clinic.
Healthcare deserves better.

We saw it happen again and again, across healthcare practices of all sizes - from solo clinics to large, multi-location groups. Teams focused on delivering great care were stuck dealing with ringing phones, missed calls, and constant interruptions. Staff felt overwhelmed trying to juggle check-ins, rescheduling, and paperwork. Patients were left frustrated, waiting on hold or going in circles with phone tag.

It just felt broken. There had to be a better way for practices to stay connected with patients - without burning out their teams.

That’s why we started Orbis Assist. We believe technology, specifically AI like our voice agent AVA, can take care of routine communication so care teams can focus on what matters most - their patients.
